Terms of Service

GENERAL
▸ I reserve the right to refuse to do a commission for any reason.
▸ I reserve the right to make alterations to my Terms of Service at any time.
▸ New rules will not influence orders before the new term.
▸ Commissions are SFW only.PAYMENTS
▸ Payments are done through VGen's built-in payment system.
▸ Payments can be paid in full upfront or with a payment plan (50% upfront, 50% after coloured sketch).
▸ There will be an increase in price for additional characters and/or complexity of the commission.REVISIONS
▸ Major revisions will be limited to 2 revisions, extra costs should be required if needed more.
▸ Once the commission has reached the line-art process, I will not take any major revisions past this point.
▸ The exception to this revision is during the rough sketch stage.
▸ Minor revisions are free of charge and are welcomed.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
▸ Commissions may take around within 1-2 months to finish, delays may occur due to various reasons. I would appreciate for your patience!
▸ After completion, I will provide a watermark version (for reposts, etc.) and a watermark-less version to the client in a Google Drive link.DO'S AND DON'TS
▸ I do:
- Fanart
- OCs
- Kemonomimi (Animal ears)
- Simple Backgrounds▸ I don't do:
- NSFW/NSFL
- Full Furry/Anthro
- Full Mecha
- Muscles
- Realism
- AI-generated referencesUSE
▸ Commissions are available for personal use and commercial use (50% up-charge).
▸ The artwork can be used/reposted in public (posts, profile icon, banners, etc.) as long credit is given.
▸ You are free to make merch of your commission artwork, however it should be done for personal use only.
▸ Use of the commission for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) and/or AI generator are prohibited.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
▸ I retain the copyright to all of the artwork I've made.REFUNDS
▸ Refunds are not available in the current state.COMMUNICATION
▸ Reileky's time zone: GMT+8
▸ Communications is preferably done in Discord (reileky) or VGen's inbuilt DMs. State where if otherwise.
