Terms of Service

GENERAL
▸I reserve the right to refuse to do a commission for any reason.
▸I reserve the right to make alterations to my Terms of Service at any time.
▸New rules will not influence orders before the new term.▸Commissions are SFW only.▸I will provide progress of the commission in the following order:
Rough Sketch -> Clean Sketch/Line Art -> Color, Shading & Background -> Finishing touches

▸It is highly recommended for you to contact me first before making your commission payment.
▸Payments can be done through my VGen page or my Buy Me A Coffee page.
▸Payments are paid in full upfront.
▸There will be an increase in price for additional characters and/or complexity of the commission.REVISIONS
▸Major revisions will be limited to 2 revisions, extra costs should be required if needed more.
▸Once the commission has reached the line-art process, I will not take any major revisions past this point.
▸The exception to this revision is during the rough sketch stage.▸Minor revisions are free of charge and are welcomed.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
▸ Commissions may take around within 1-8 weeks depending on the complexity and IRL factors.

▸Commercial use are case-by-case, with increased prices.
▸The artwork can be used/reposted in public (posts, profile icon, banners, etc.) as long credit is given.
▸You are free to make merch of your commission artwork, however it should be done for personal use only.
▸Use of the commission for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) and/or AI generator are prohibited.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
▸I retain the copyright to all of the artwork I've made.REFUNDS

Contact information can be found in my Contact page.▸ There's an estimate of a +50% price increase from the base price for additional characters in a commission.▸ There will be increase in price depending on the complexity of the commission.
